
Bright, burst tomatoes are a welcome match for smoky harissa salmon in this 30 minute wonder! Instead of tricky-to-find harissa paste, we’re using a homemade Harissa Spice Blend that’s delicious on just about anything. Salmon is seared for a golden crust before nestling in a bed of deliciously-charred tomatoes. Dollop with a bit of yogurt and fresh dill and serve it over rice, with potatoes or crusty bread.
