Viral TikTok Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl Recipe.

Ingredients
  

For the base

  • 3 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
  • 2 teaspoons italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • black pepper to taste

Topping Options

  • Sliced Prosciutto or Serrano ham
  • Sun dried tomatos
  • Pickled Jalapeno slices (if you don't mind it a little bit hot 🌶️🔥)
  • Fresh rocket leaves
  • Sliced olives
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Fresh basil
  • Green or red bell peppers
  • Turkey peperoni or regular peperoni
  • Ground beef or turkey precook it a bit with seasoning like pepper and salt
  • BBQ sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix the Base: In a medium oven-safe bowl, combine the small curd cottage cheese and marinara sauce. Stir until well mixed to create a creamy cottage cheese mixture.
  • Add Toppings: Top with any toppings of your choice. You can leave the basil and rocket to att at the end as it may burn in the oven. Or add then in the last 5 minutes if you like them slighly wilted.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious pizza bowl as a great way to satisfy your cravings!
