Viral TikTok Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Recipe: No Sugar, High Protein and Low Carb.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese low fat or full fat is fine
  • 1 cup fine almond flour
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut of cashew butter
  • 1 scoop clean vanilla powder optional for extra protein
  • 1/2 tsp regular or sugar free maple syrup you might not need this if using sweetened protein powder, try it first to see if it's sweet enough before adding
  • 1 tspn vanilla extract natural vanilla extract is best
  • 1 pinch salt to balance out the sweetness
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips you can use sugar free version if you like

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Base: In a food processor, combine the cottage cheese, nut butter, sweetener or protein powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is very smooth, ensuring there's no grainy texture.
  • Add in Other Ingredients: Transfer the blended mixture to a large mixing bowl. Add the almond flour and protein powder to the bowl. Stir until well incorporated.
  • Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately by the spoonful or refrigerate in an airtight container for later use. This edible cookie dough can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days so if you want to double or triple the recipe ingredients and make enough for later, go ahead.

Notes

Tip: try adding some dried low-sugar cranberries at the end; it really gives it another layer of texture and flavor.
