- 1 cup 250 ml whole milk
- or unsweetened oat milk / almond milk
- ½ cup 125 ml thickened cream
- or full-fat coconut cream for dairy-free
- ¼ –½ teaspoon liquid stevia to taste
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- or vanilla bean paste
- Pinch of fine sea salt
Optional (for extra creaminess – choose one):
- ½ teaspoon tapioca starch
OR
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese dairy version only
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a Ninja Creami pint, staying below the max fill line.
Freeze on a level surface for 12–24 hours, until fully solid.
Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami outer bowl and lock into the machine.
Select Ice Cream mode.
If the texture is crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk and press Respin.
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or smooth the surface and refreeze.
