Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 250 ml whole milk
  • or unsweetened oat milk / almond milk
  • ½ cup 125 ml thickened cream
  • or full-fat coconut cream for dairy-free
  • ¼ –½ teaspoon liquid stevia to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • or vanilla bean paste
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Optional (for extra creaminess – choose one):

  • ½ teaspoon tapioca starch

OR

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese dairy version only

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour the ice cream mixture into a Ninja Creami pint, staying below the max fill line.
  • Freeze on a level surface for 12–24 hours, until fully solid.
  • Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami outer bowl and lock into the machine.
  • Select Ice Cream mode.
  • If the texture is crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk and press Respin.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or smooth the surface and refreeze.

Notes

  • Start with less stevia and adjust after spinning — sweetness varies by brand.
  • If the flavour tastes flat, add a tiny pinch more salt or vanilla.
  • If the texture is icy, increase the cream slightly next time.
  • Coconut cream produces the creamiest dairy-free result.
