Easy Homemade Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing

Creamy homemade avocado lime ranch dressing made with ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice and herbs. A healthy ranch alternative perfect for salads, wraps and dipping.

Mason jar or an airtight container for storage if you make extra
½ ripe avocado ½ cup plain Greek yogurt ¼ cup fresh lime juice about 1 whole lime 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped ½ clove of fresh garlic or ½ a teaspoon of minced garlic fresh is better ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper Optional: 1 –2 thin slices green chili or jalapeño for heat A couple of tablespoons of water if the dressing is too thick for your liking
Add avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, cilantro, and seasonings to a food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning or lime juice if needed.
If the dressing feels too thick, add a small splash of water or extra lime juice and blend again.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
