Cauliflower Steak Recipe with Zesty Salsa Verde.

Ingredients
  

For the Cauliflower Steaks:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

For the Basil Salsa Verde:

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp capers drained
  • 2 garlic cloves roughly chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet if using oven.
  • Slice cauliflower into steaks; brush both sides with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast in oven for 20–25 minutes (or air fry for 15–18 minutes), flipping halfway through.
  • Blend basil salsa verde ingredients until chunky; adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Plate roasted cauliflower steaks; top generously with salsa verde; serve immediately.
