Almond Honey Snack Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw unsalted almonds
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds or black sesame seeds
  • 100 g dark chocolate melted

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, pulse the almonds and oats for 25–35 seconds until they form a coarse mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add almond butter, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  • Mix thoroughly with a spatula until a sticky dough forms.
  • Drizzle a little oil on your hands to prevent sticking and roll the mixture into 10–12 balls.
  • Roll each ball in sesame seeds to coat them evenly.
  • Place the balls in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set.
  • Drizzle each ball with melted dark chocolate and return them to the fridge for another 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
