Instructions
In a food processor, pulse the almonds and oats for 25–35 seconds until they form a coarse mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add almond butter, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Mix thoroughly with a spatula until a sticky dough forms.
Drizzle a little oil on your hands to prevent sticking and roll the mixture into 10–12 balls.
Roll each ball in sesame seeds to coat them evenly.
Place the balls in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set.
Drizzle each ball with melted dark chocolate and return them to the fridge for another 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
