After years of working with busy clients, and juggling family life myself, I know most people don’t want a meal plan that has them cooking every single night or completely different meals for every family member.
Real life is busy. Some nights you’re tired, some nights the kids are hungry now, and sometimes you just want healthy meals that feel simple, filling, and easy to stick with.
That’s exactly why I created this 7-day high-protein low-carb meal plan.
It focuses on realistic meals, repeat ingredients, balanced high-protein recipes, and less reliance on ultra-processed foods — without making healthy eating feel restrictive or overwhelming.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s creating meals that support better energy, help reduce that constantly bloated sluggish feeling many busy people struggle with, and make healthy eating feel more manageable during hectic weeks.
And yes, there’s flexibility built in too. Life still includes birthday dinners, family lunches, weekends out, and the occasional slice of cake. I wanted this plan to feel supportive in real life — not like something that falls apart the moment normal life happens.
As a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and recipe creator, my approach has always been about building habits that actually feel sustainable long term.
