I’m a kale salad with miso-buckwheat-hemp-and-tahini for lunch and yet a beer and a veggie poutine around 9pm kinda gal. Just go with it.
This means my recipes may involve an unapologetic splash of butter and salt, but my background in Nutrition means you’ll likely never see me dabbling in refined sugar, processed oils or refined grains.
I’ve been blogging all over the map since 2012 and I have developed a major crush on recipe development, creative writing and food photography in the process.
Currently I am nestled downtown Toronto with my partner Peter, where I hustle as a recipe developer by day and bloggerista by night. In other words, I never stop thinking about what to put in my mouth.
