How did I get here?
Pre-nutritionist + recipe maven days, I was over my ideal weight, insecure and anxiously navigating the health world for a way to feel good in my own skin.
Calorie tracking? All fruit diets? Sign me up. The overwhelm of contradicting information was a dangerous cocktail for hunger, frustration and feeling discouraged. For years I continued under the notion that the only way to feel good in your body was to eat as minimally, and conservatively as possible.
Thank goodness underneath all of that calorie counting was a girl craved to cook and eat beautiful foods.
So, hungry ol’ me buried herself in nutrition research, studied to become a Registered Nutritionist and learned hands-on the fundamentals of cooking with natural foods.
And now?
Eating intuitively to feed a healthy body and mind has become second nature.
It doesn’t involve hours of food prep on Sundays or expensive trips to the health food stores.
It doesn’t need to be all kale + rainbows all of the time
It doesn’t even mean you have to give up grilled cheese, chardonnay or sour gummy bears.
Join the tribe at Earth & Oven where you’ll take the stress out of healthy cooking with simple + delicious plant based meals.
So what are you waiting for?
I’d love to hear from you! Send me a hey + what’s up if you have even the tiniest question here.
